BIRU AND MORAREPUBLIC STRENGTHEN STRATEGIC COLLABORATION FOR CONNECTIVITY SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

Jakarta, June 9, 2026 – BIRU and MoraRepublic held a strategic meeting to strengthen their existing collaboration while exploring new opportunities for the development of connectivity services in upcoming projects. The meeting marked an important step in aligning the vision of both companies to deliver reliable and sustainable telecommunications solutions capable of meeting the needs of various strategic sectors.

The meeting was attended by senior management representatives from both organizations. Representing BIRU were Cendra Perkasa, President Director; Ade Prasetyo, Vice President Director; Hari Santoso, General Manager; and Deddy Noviardi, Network Manager. MoraRepublic was represented by Jimmy Kadir, Chief Business Control Officer; Ryandi Ardin, Vice Chairman for Strategic Business Development of the Business-toGovernment Development Committee; and Dany Pratama Suhardiana, Head of Business Initiative and Partnership.

During the constructive discussions, both parties addressed various telecommunications infrastructure requirements for strategic areas, the expansion of internet service coverage, the utilization of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technology, and the potential development of connectivity solutions for the defense and residential sectors.

In addition to exploring business development opportunities, the meeting also served as a platform to align operational requirements, technical capabilities, and follow-up initiatives that could support broader and more sustainable cooperation in the future.

The partnership between BIRU and MoraRepublic has previously been established through the provision of internet services in the Halim Perdanakusuma area and Waringin Permai Residential Complex. Based on MoraRepublic’s coverage area data, the Halim Perdanakusuma area contributes approximately 67 percent of the total coverage area managed under the collaboration. This contribution positions BIRU as one of MoraRepublic’s strategic partners in the development of connectivity services.

Through this meeting, both companies reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the scope of cooperation through the development of services across various strategic projects that require reliable, efficient, and sustainable telecommunications infrastructure.

The growing partnership between BIRU and MoraRepublic is expected to create added value for both organizations while supporting the acceleration of connectivity ecosystem development capable of addressing the needs of government institutions, the defense sector, and regional development initiatives throughout Indonesia.
