KAZIDAM I/BUKIT BARISAN REVIEWS THE PROGRESS OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT AT YONIF TP 903/BALUSEDA, WEST NIAS REGENCY

West Nias, North Sumatra, May 23, 2026 – The Chief of Engineering of Military Regional Command I/Bukit Barisan (Kazidam I/BB), Colonel Czi Titan Jatmiko, conducted a working visit to the infrastructure and facilities development project site of Territorial Development Infantry Battalion (Yonif TP) 903/Baluseda in West Nias Regency, North Sumatra.

The visit was attended by Major Czi T.M. Panjaitan, Acting Commander of Denzibang Sibolga; Major Czi Indra Siagian, Head of Planning and Construction Section of Zidam I/BB; Lieutenant Colonel Inf Anotoa Zebua, Commander of Yonif TP 903/Baluseda; Captain Inf Puput, Deputy Commander of Yonif TP 903/Baluseda; and Captain Czi Timson Aritonang, the project supervisor.

The visit commenced with a field inspection of the project area to review the ongoing development of infrastructure and supporting facilities. During the site visit, the delegation observed the progress of construction activities as well as the land-clearing works being carried out on an additional area that remains under development.

Following the field inspection, the agenda continued at the project site office (Direksi Keet), where the project team presented an update on the current status of the works, construction progress achievements, and developments related to the additional land-clearing activities. The team also provided explanations on several key project documents, including the Physical Progress Report (Jusik), S-Curve, and Site Plan, which serve as the primary references for project execution.

During the discussion session, the Kazidam I/BB delivered strategic insights, recommendations, and directives aimed at ensuring that all project activities remain aligned with the established plan, meet the required quality standards, and support the successful completion of the Yonif TP 903/Baluseda facilities development program.

The visit formed part of the ongoing supervision and project control efforts to ensure that the development progresses effectively, achieves its intended objectives, and remains on track with the predetermined targets.

At the conclusion of the visit, BIRU reaffirmed its commitment to delivering the project with the highest standards of quality and within the agreed timeline, reflecting its dedication to customer satisfaction and its unwavering commitment to quality throughout every stage of project execution.
