BIRU PRESIDENT DIRECTOR REVIEWS SMALL CRAFT PORT REVITALIZATION PROJECT IN SEI PAKNING, REINFORCES HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE

Sei Pakning, Riau – President Director of PT BIRU SISTEM PERKASA (BIRU), Cendra Perkasa, conducted a site visit to the Small Craft Port Revitalization Project in Sei Pakning, Riau. The visit reflects BIRU management’s commitment to ensuring that project implementation remains aligned with established quality standards, schedule targets, and work plans.

During the visit, the President Director directly reviewed the current progress and ongoing activities at the project site. The inspection was aimed at obtaining an up-to-date assessment of project progress, team readiness, site conditions, as well as key technical and operational aspects supporting the successful completion of the project.

In addition to monitoring progress, the President Director conducted an evaluation with the project team regarding the ongoing implementation. Key areas of attention included work quality, execution effectiveness, coordination among personnel, occupational safety, and efforts to ensure that the project remains on track to meet its established completion targets.

The President Director also provided strategic direction to the site team, emphasizing the importance of maintaining consistency, discipline, and a results-oriented approach throughout every stage of project execution. Each team member was encouraged to understand their respective responsibilities and take an active role in maintaining work quality and project continuity.
