Biru Sistem Perkasa has been given the opportunity to develop the Official Residence and Infrastructure for the Echelon II Official Residence in the TNI Air Force (Kopasgat), located at Sulaeman Air Base, West Java. The construction of the Official Residence began in February 2023 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024 through two phases of contracts. This development is aimed at fulfilling the official residence facilities for officials within the Rapid Action Force Corps – Kopasgat. also known as the Orange Berets is the air force infantry and special forces corps of the Indonesian Air Force.
The construction of this official residence, which has an area of 240 square meters, was completed and handed over in early August 2023, while the handover of the infrastructure for the official residence will be completed by the end of July 2024. A Class I State House, commonly known as an official residence, is a government-owned house used by personnel holding certain positions in a state institution.
The construction process of this official residence was carried out in two stages. The first stage involved the physical construction of the house itself, which was equipped with facilities such as a living room, family room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and supporting facilities for the main house, similar to the standards of a typical house. The design and construction processes adhered to the standards set by the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) and Indonesian Ministry of Defense.
In the second stage, construction continued with the development of supporting facilities such as fences, water treatment systems, landscaping, and the garden. This construction process has been aligned with all the existing plans.
Cendra Perkasa conveyed that the construction process and material selection for this house prioritize quality and safety. He also emphasized the importance of consistently maintaining and preserving the facilities of this official residence, as it is an asset built using state funds.
He expressed his gratitude for the trust given by the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) in providing PT Biru Sistem Perkasa the opportunity to develop public facilities within the TNI environment.
