Padang, July 9th, 2026 – As part of its commitment to delivering high-quality project execution, PT Biru Sistem Perkasa conducted a Management Walkthrough across several strategic project sites in West Sumatra. The visit formed part of the Company’s ongoing management oversight to ensure construction readiness, monitor project quality, and evaluate the effectiveness of project resources, thereby supporting timely and successful project delivery.
The visit commenced at the construction site of the Kodam XX/TIB Headquarters (Makodam XX/TIB) in Padang City. The walkthrough was attended by the President Director, Vice President Director, and Construction Manager of PT Biru Sistem Perkasa, who carried out a comprehensive Site Readiness Assessment to evaluate the project’s preparedness prior to the commencement of major construction activities.
During the assessment, the management team reviewed various aspects of site readiness, including site conditions, accessibility, supporting facilities, technical requirements, and occupational health and safety measures. The assessment was conducted to ensure that all construction prerequisites had been fulfilled, allowing the project to proceed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
In addition to the field inspection, the management team held discussions with the project personnel regarding construction strategies, potential challenges, and mitigation measures required to support smooth project execution. These discussions were intended to identify potential risks at an early stage and strengthen project planning to maintain schedule, quality, and operational efficiency throughout the construction process.
Following the visit in Padang, the Vice President Director continued the Management Walkthrough to the YTP 897/Singgalang Project in Agam Regency. The purpose of this visit was to evaluate the ongoing construction progress as part of the Company’s routine quality assurance and project monitoring activities.
During the site inspection, the Vice President Director reviewed the project’s physical progress, verified compliance with the construction schedule, assessed workmanship quality, and evaluated the readiness of project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and operational support. These elements serve as key performance indicators to ensure that the project remains on schedule while consistently meeting the Company’s quality standards.
The Vice President Director also held direct coordination meetings with the project team to gain a comprehensive understanding of current site conditions. The discussions covered construction progress, operational challenges, opportunities for acceleration where necessary, and initiatives to improve overall project efficiency to achieve the established project objectives.
Beyond monitoring construction progress, the Management Walkthrough also served as a platform to strengthen communication between the Company’s management and the project team. Through direct engagement in the field, management was able to gather valuable feedback, identify challenges at an early stage, and make informed decisions that contribute to the successful delivery of the project.
