JAKARTA, March 30, 2026 – Kicking off the first workweek after the Idul Fitri 1447 H holiday, the PT Biru Sistem Perkasa (BIRU) family held a Halal Bihalal gathering along with a Management Briefing at the BIRU office on Monday (30/03).
The event proceeded smoothly and in a respectful atmosphere, with all company personnel exchanging forgiveness and strengthening their bonds through mutual fellowship.
The company’s leadership outlined several challenges ahead in 2026, covering economic conditions, business dynamics, and the current global situation. This moment serves as an opportunity to align the company’s targets while strengthening coordination among all personnel in carrying out their responsibilities.
Management Direction from the President Director
The event opened with a direct address by Mr. Cendra Perkasa, President Director of BIRU. In his remarks, he emphasized that as the company enters the second quarter of this year, it must continue to strengthen two key pillars as the foundation of its operations, namely:
- Commitment to Quality: Maintaining the highest standards in every work outcome without compromise.
- Customer Satisfaction: Making customer satisfaction the benchmark for the success of every task.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the team’s professionalism must be reflected in a disciplined Corporate Culture, namely:
- On Quality: Delivering high-quality results in accordance with the specified requirements.
- On Time: Timeliness in every work process.
- On Budget: Ensuring that all work is carried out within the established budget.
“These three principles form the core foundation for building clients’ trust in BIRU. With a strong work culture, this optimism becomes a valuable asset in tackling the major targets set for 2026,” he asserted.

Strategic Support for the Asset Management Program
Another key moment in the event was the symbolic handover of the operational fleet from the President Director to the company’s General Manager. This fleet is specifically allocated to strengthen the operational mobility of the Asset Management team in the Trenggalek, Kediri, and Blitar areas. The handover of these units serves as a tangible demonstration of management’s support for the company’s program to develop one of its business units in East Java.

A Moment of Warmth and Togetherness
The activities continued with a session of fellowship and handshakes. All members of management and staff greeted one another warmly, strengthening their bonds of camaraderie. A group photo concluded the formal segment, symbolizing a united team ready to face the work challenges of 2026.

The event concluded with a social gathering and a door prize distribution, offered as a token of management’s appreciation, serving as a fresh source of motivation and a driving force for all employees to deliver the best service to partners and customers across Indonesia.
