PT Biru Sistem Perkasa Completes Official Residence Construction at Sulaeman Air Base

PT Biru Sistem Perkasa has been entrusted with developing the Official Residence and its supporting infrastructure for Echelon II officials of the Indonesian Air Force's Rapid Action Force Corps (Kopasgat), located at Sulaeman Air Base, West Java. Construction began in February 2023 and was completed by the end of 2024 through two phases of contracts, aimed at fulfilling the official residence needs for Kopasgat officials — also known as the Orange Berets, the air force infantry and special forces corps of the Indonesian Air Force.

The residence, which covers an area of 240 square meters, was completed and handed over in early August 2023, while the handover of its supporting infrastructure was completed by the end of July 2024. A Class I State House, commonly known as an official residence, is a government-owned house used by personnel holding certain positions within a state institution.

Construction was carried out in two stages. The first stage involved the physical construction of the house itself, equipped with a living room, family room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other supporting facilities similar to those of a standard residential home. The design and construction process followed the standards set by the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense.

The second stage focused on supporting facilities such as fencing, a water treatment system, and landscaping, all carried out in line with the approved plans.

Cendra Perkasa noted that the construction process and material selection for the residence prioritized quality and safety, and emphasized the importance of consistently maintaining and preserving the facility as it is a state-funded asset.

He expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in PT Biru Sistem Perkasa by the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) in developing public facilities within the TNI environment, and hoped that similar synergy between institutions can continue to be built for the advancement of the nation.
