Cendra Perkasa has over 15 years of experience as a professional pilot, having spent most of his career with Indonesia's national flag carrier, Garuda Indonesia. He is experienced in operating both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, including the Boeing 737 and Boeing 777, across domestic and international routes. He also holds certifications as an aviation safety auditor and flight instructor. Most recently, he served as a Boeing 737-800 NG captain.

He holds a Bachelor of Aviation, specializing in Air Transport Pilot, from Massey University, New Zealand. Drawing on his professional background and international aviation experience, Cendra envisions positioning BIRU as a leading military contractor in both domestic and international markets. Under his leadership, BIRU continues to transform into a more adaptive and productive company, developing joint projects in the defense sector and with state-owned enterprises (SOEs), while emphasizing professional corporate governance and sustainable business growth. BIRU has established partnerships with global companies, including Lockheed Martin USA and MoraRepublic.

Ade Prasetyo serves as Vice President Director of PT Biru Sistem Perkasa, bringing a strong foundation in finance and accounting to the company's leadership team. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from STIE Indonesia Jakarta, completed in 2014.

He began his career as an auditor at Partners Public Accounting Firm, where he spent three years, from 2013 to 2016, building a foundation in financial statement examination and audit practice. He then moved in-house, being entrusted with the role of Finance Director at PT Biru Sistem Perkasa from 2017 to 2018, a role that gave him direct oversight of the company's financial operations from within.

Drawing on this combined background in public accounting and corporate finance leadership, Ade now applies that expertise as Vice President Director, helping shape and strengthen the company's financial direction.
