Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)

In support of the consistent implementation of Good Corporate Governance across the Company and in fulfillment of the Company's vision, BIRU is committed to conducting its operations ethically and responsibly, complying with applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations, and consistently focusing on becoming a company of integrity and transparency through continuous improvement, by:

1. BIRU is committed to conducting business on the basis of integrity and in accordance with the BIRU Code of Conduct and Employee Ethics.
2. BIRU continuously strives to enhance and improve every business process to align with the principles of integrity.
3. BIRU applies a zero-tolerance principle toward acts of corruption, bribery, and/or violations of related laws and regulations.
4. BIRU prohibits all members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, employees (whether permanent, contract, or non-permanent), as well as consultants, advisors, outsourced personnel, vendors, or other parties working for and on behalf of BIRU, from offering, promising, or giving anything to State Officials and/or Civil Servants in connection with their duties.
5. BIRU does not permit any member of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, or employees (whether permanent, contract, or non-permanent), as well as consultants, advisors, or outsourced personnel within the Company's scope of work, to request any form of gift from individuals or organizations related to their position, duties, and responsibilities within the Company.
6. BIRU has a policy governing conflicts of interest involving members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and employees. Any conflict of interest that could pose a risk must be declared.
7. BIRU is committed to regularly providing socialization and/or training on corruption prevention and the development of business integrity to all management and employees.
8. BIRU will oversee the implementation of this commitment, and any violation of this policy or the Code of Conduct and Employee Ethics will be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable provisions.
