Business Development

BIRU is opening a Junior Business Development position to support the company's business growth through identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Work location: Cipayung, East Jakarta.

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth
2. Identify new business opportunities, market potential, and strategic partnership development
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity assessments
4. Build and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders
5. Prepare business proposals, market penetration strategies, and partnership negotiations
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project and partnership implementation runs optimally
7. Ensure the company's revenue and growth targets are achieved
8. Prepare business performance reports and business development recommendations for management

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales, in construction and internet networking
3. Experienced in negotiation and handling strategic partnerships
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
6. Understanding of business trends, market expansion, and business growth strategy
7. A wide professional network is a plus
8. Holding a driver's license and own vehicle is preferred
